colonne and soleOur Shaper Hybrid silica backbone has been developed through silicone hydrolysis polycondensation creating an optimum organic / inorganic balance and homogeneous pore structure that provides a strong pH stability under both acidic and basic conditions (1 -to- 12) and a high mechanical strength leading to a longer column lifetime..

Surface + technology 

We combine this technology with a re-structuration of the surface of the beads, creating a positively charged surface. This processus ensure a narrow peak shape of basic compounds under acidic conditions
As an example, here after the analysis of amitriptyline under Acetonitrile / Phosphate buffer pH:2.9;
