imChem Flash Chromatography columns
We manufacture high quality Flash Chromatography columns under strict controlled processes who guarantee their conformity relative to their specifications.
We produce our columns based under ecoFlashTM (irregular silica) and SpheriTM (spherical ultrapure silica) brand name.
We do have 2 different type of columns hardware and 1 type of Solid Injection column.
In addition, our team could support you with methods development as well as the transposition analytical to preparative methods.
1. Screw-cap column
Made from pure Polypropylene material and pure polyethylene frits. This design can withstands pressures up to 20 bar, and its 100 % leak-free performance. Columns are pre-packed with the following media :
ecoFlashTM irregular silica
- 500 m2/g – 60Å - 40/63 µm - loading capacity : 0.1 - 10%
- 500 m2/g – 60Å - 50 µm - loading capacity : 0.1 - 10%
ecoFlash neutral alimina 50/75 µm - loading capacity : 0.1 - 4%
ecoFlash acidic alumina 50/75 µm - loading capacity : 0.1 - 4%
ecoFlash basic alumina 50/75 µm - loading capacity : 0.1 - 4%

2. Spin-Welded column

Made from pure Polypropylene material and pure polyethylene frits. This spin-welded hardware provides high performance columns from 4g to 330g that can handle pressures up to 28 bar having 100 % leak-free performance. Their Luer-Lok® fittings allows easy stacking and compatibility with any flash system.
Columns are pre-packed with the following media :

3. Solid injection column

Made from pure Polypropylene material and pure polyethylene frits. These empty, 100% pre-packed or partially pre-packed columns are dedicated to solid or liquid injection. They can be easily manually assembled sustaining a pressure up to 7 bars. Luer-Lok® connection makes simple their stacking to the separation columns.
Solid-injection flash columns are available :

Hereafter reports of their quality performance.
a. Repetability & Stabilty

b. Batch to batch reproducibility

3. Comparative analysis

The pore volume of our silica is one of the lower, meaning lower dead volume in the column, the To is eluted earlier finally you achieve a shorter runtime of the method.*
*(at identical selectivity and for same particle size)
