The capability to separate different molecules by chromatography is essentially based in load capacity and selectivity.

With Coral we have a high loading capacity achieved by a high surface area associated to a high pore volume, among the best in the market.

In other hand, selectivity is the packing ability that allow similar molecules to interact differently with the chromatographic bed. To cover most selectivity issues, Coral is supplied in 3 differently endcapped C18 and C8 bonded phases and also unbonded Silica.

  • You can choose a conventional TMS endcapping with our Global C18 and C8 phases, designed, controlled and manufactured to perfection to avoid any secondary interactions with free silanols.
  • If stability under 100% aqueous and/or 100% organic mobile phases is a requirement for your method, you can choose our Coral C18 AQ and Coral C8 AQ phases, that uses a specific polar endcapping providing added retention for polar compounds.
  • If your separation demands work at a wider pH range, Coral is also available with our high density endcapping Extreme C18 and C8 phases, allowing you to work from pH 1 to 10.
  • Finally, for normal phase separations, you can choose our high-quality and high purity Coral Silica.
  • Our compromise with our customers is unconditional so, if you need a specific bonded phase, we can supply Coral bonded with Phenyl, NH2, CN and Diol bonded phases.
