Our Shaper High Mechanical Strength silica backbone is developed through the polycondensation of fully porous, ultrapure, and totally inert silica. This process creates ultra-dense particles with a homogeneous pore structure, capable of withstanding pressures of up to 1,000 bar, making them exceptionally suited for modern (U)HPLC conditions.
Compared to standard silicas, these particles exhibit a significantly longer column lifetime.
The manufacturing process is rigorously controlled to ensure the production of reproducible batches and columns.
Available in 1,7 - 2,5 - 3,5µm particles.
The functionalization of Shaper High Mechanical Strength is based on 100 Å - 230 m²/g in combination with anhydrous gas phase multiple end-capping technology.
